Closure of OrderBox Forums

Hi everyone,
 
We're closing this forum as of today, you can follow our new product status page for new updates related to all our products and services.
 
The reason for doing this is to consolidate our support efforts and better serve our clients. Currently, we are unable to push notification based on your product portfolio causing a lot of noise as updates related to all products are pushed out via this channel. We'd like to decouple this and allow you as clients to choose which updates are relevant to you. 
 
We are sure that new system will help us to target our clients better instead of mirroring and updating information across several different products.

Intermittent Issues with Supersite

We are facing intermittent issues with our SuperSite2 server, due to which you may encounter "Internal Server Error" while accessing your Supersites. The issue is already reported and we have our System Administrators working towards resolving the same.

OrderBox Downtime :

 

It is our constant endeavour to keep our systems up to date and as part of these efforts a constructive maintenance is scheduled on our OrderBox Servers. This maintenance is apart of a series of maintenances that will be carried out to ensure that the entire platform is PCI compliant. Exact details are mentioned below:

 

Scheduled Maintenance 1:

 

Date: 3rd September 2017

Start Time: 02:30 AM GMT | 08:00 AM IST

Maintenance Window: 90 Minutes

Services Affected: All of OrderBox, i.e. Control Panels, API, SuperSites, Knowledge base, Domain Forward, Whois search etc. will be down. In this window, we will not be able to accept any new orders/customers/resellers or allow any orders or accounts to be managed via the Control Panel or API.

Expected Downtime: Although the maintenance window is of 90 minutes, we expect services to be affected for less than 20 minutes. Services should largely be online however there could be intermittent issues.

 

Scheduled Maintenance 2:

 

Date: 10th September 2017

Start Time: 02:30 AM GMT | 08:00 AM IST

Maintenance Window: 30 Minutes

Services Affected: All of OrderBox, i.e. Control Panels, API, Domain Forward, CSV reports, Whois search etc. will be down. In this window, we will not be able to accept any new orders/customers/resellers or allow any orders or accounts to be managed via the Control Panel or API.

Expected Downtime: Although the maintenance window is of 30 minutes we expect services to be affected for less than 15 minutes. Services should largely be online however there could be intermittent issues.

 

 Scheduled Maintenance 3:

 

Date: 17th September 2017

Start Time: 02:30 AM GMT | 08:00 AM IST

Maintenance Window: 30 Minutes

Services Affected: During this maintenance, actions that require registry connections would be affected. Domain name Registrations, Renewals, name server modifications, contact modifications. Thus, we advise you to carry out any actions on domain orders that would require a connection to the registry post this maintenance. This outage will not have an impact on the resolution/working of your already registered domain names.

 

Scheduled Maintenance 4:

 

Date: 24th September 2017

Start Time: 02:30 AM GMT | 08:00 AM IST

Maintenance Window: 30 Minutes

Services Affected: During the maintenance you will face issues in receiving SMS’s containing the OTP and other critical SMS's (like low balance reminders) from Orderbox.

SMTP Connectivity issues on our Linux Hosting Servers

Description
 
We are currently facing intermittent connectivity issues on some of our Linux Hosting servers due to which the users will receive errors while sending emails. 
 
You may receive the following error on Mail Clients, Webmail: 
 
"SMTP Error (421): Connection to server failed"
 
or on Outlook:
 
"The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending smtp server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider(ISP)"
 
 
Services Affected - Mail services
 
Our senior administrators are already working on this issue and are trying to fix it as soon as possible.
